About Miami Vacation Stays
Meet your hosts
We’re Pascal and Jacomina. We have lived in Miami for over 30 years and love to share our homes, our favorite spots, and the coolest things to do in Miami with you, our guests.
We believe that hospitality is the key to a great stay. We work hard to make yours one of the best stays you’ve ever had. This starts with providing you with everything you need for your stay.
We often hear…
“You won’t need a thing, because it’s fully equipped with everything you could possibly need.”
— Vera“This place has everything you need and more.”
— Andreina“We had everything we needed to relax inside and out.”
— Sheridan
Whether as complex as helping you pull off the perfect birthday surprise for your spouse, or as simple as making sure your dog has a great stay—we’re happy to help.
We’re not just experienced hosts and Miami locals; we’re also passionate travelers ourselves, having stayed in well over 100 short-term vacation rentals across four continents. That’s how we know what sets an unforgettable stay apart from an average one. We’ve taken the best ideas we’ve encountered and combined them with our personal touch to create Miami Vacation Stays.
It’s no surprise that over 90% of our guests mention our personalized service and hospitality in their reviews.
Come, stay with us, and experience hospitality as you’ve rarely felt it in other short-term rental reservations.
We’re licensed by the State of Florida and verified by Truvi, our trusted identity partner, which means we hold ourselves to the same standards we ask of our guests—because your peace of mind matters to us.
We are also certified by and work with ECPAT to help end the sexual exploitation of children, and we volunteer with the Children’s Rescue Initiative to combat slavery and human trafficking.
